TrainID is specialized in Train-the-Trainer programs. The courses we developed are aimed at the emergency response Instructor. Some skills need to be retrained and drilled. The same is true for teaching techniques. Perhaps a new method, new insights, psychology to use? We make it our job to be informed about the latest techniques and methods. Our classes our full of new insights such as (but not limited to) NLP, Story Telling, Mind Mapping, use of Smart Boards intelligently, use of Tablets and presentation techniques.
No training can be developed without knowing where to go. Objectives are as roadmaps. Together with the customer and the instructor we determine the objectives. Often we have to expolain the possibilities to them, since not all are aware of what kind of possibilities are available when it comes to new skills and knowledge.
Designing a train-the-trainer start with discussions with key instructors. Their knowledge level, their skills are the basis for the design of the class. This both wioth the objectives will result in a comprehensive class that brings all the necessary skills to make anuy good instructor an excellent instructor.
